Primeiramente baixem o geodata

depois que voce descompactar os arquivos da geodata vc tem que colocar eles dentro da pasta do gameserver (GameServer\data\geodata) e depois vc tem q ativala indo (GameServer\config) dentro da pasta de configuração procure essa parte
